First IU Game

It's rare anymore to have much Miles & Mommy one-on-one time, so when I had the opportunity to take just him to Bloomington yesterday, I jumped. We had tickets to the IU / Evansville game (Lucie's alma mater), and that seemed like a good opportunity to introduce him to live basketball. He, not surprisingly, loved it and was perfectly behaved! And I loved spending the day with him. He was amazed once we were inside of Assembly at all of the people and noise. We picked up some popcorn and a soft pretzel, and he was all set. He really focused on what was happening on the court and started to yell and clap as the game went on. We left shortly after half but probably could have made it through the whole game. I knew that Josh wanted to watch the Colts game at his brother's, and I didn't want to press my luck with no nap so it was probably best that we headed out. But a new IU fan was made!
