Buster

We said our goodbyes to Buster tonight. The poor old guy was just not really with us anymore. It has been so difficult, and Josh and I are going to need some time before we are really used to the fact that he's not here anymore. But he had a great life. He was so funny and entertaining - in his hey day he could play flashlight for hours. He could lick the air endlessly and never get enough of sleeping in our bed. Even as we left him tonight, he was snoring so loudly that we had to laugh at how much we'll miss all of the noise. It will be hard to sleep in such a quiet room!

Enough of my weepiness. I'll keep to happier posts from now on. I just wanted to let those of you who knew and loved Buss to know.

Sars and Josh-
What a sweet portrait of Bus Man and such a nice tribute too. What a lucky boy he was to have such good parents and what a happy life he led. We will miss him so!
Love you-
Lu

I am so sorry. I know how hard that has to be. Animals are such a real part of our families. I love the picture and wish you lots of happy memories of Buster!
