More Christmas!

Since the holiday season comes and goes so quickly, it's nice to have multiple celebrations so that we can get together with more of the families. We started our week with a first (annual?) trip to the Zoo's Festival of Lights. That might not be the official name, but that's what I'm calling it. Miles loved the lights and the animals that weren't inside for the winter.

With daddy. If you look hard, you can see the sea lion striking a model pose in the background.

New Year's Eve was very fun this year. We went to our neighbor's for a slightly wild evening. Here we are with our friend, Julie. And Happy 2009, by the way!

Miles and Archie both were big helpers when we dismantled the Christmas tree. Archie removed ornaments and chewed them up while Miles just pulled at the tree.

Kylee and Brady came for the day on Friday as their new baby sister was on her way into the world. Miles and Brady had lots of fun - here are some kisses between the two.

We celebrated Christmas with my mother-in-law's family on Saturday and my father-in-law's family on Sunday. Amazing food (and waaay too much of it!) and great company! Miles was enjoying his new book about his two favorite things: hippos and kisses.

And since I haven't posted a picture of our "portly" puppy in awhile, here is the 21lb Archie.
