A recap of the rest of our summer... We made sure to hit the splash park, take bike rides, play at the school playground (our favorite!), and visit Conner Prairie a few times before it was back to school. There were some water fights and hikes, too.
{Cute little legs and new school shoes}
{Our neighbors had the most beautiful HUGE sunflowers. John especially liked to walk to see them and the bees that were visiting.}
{We took another hike. Lauren picked this flower for me. She's saying, "Happy Mother's Day" to me.}
{Johnny with his scavenger hunt collection planning his big puddle leap.}
We didn't have a chance to make a whole family trip to the fair so I braved it alone. It worked so well and we all had so much fun. We watched a horse show. Miles was enthralled.
{There was a pupped show of The Wizard of Oz going on. We sat down to watch and Lauren told me she was scared. Next thing I knew, she was up and dancing. Hmmm... Miles loved it.}
Josh and I celebrated our 15th anniversary in August. We took a wonderful trip down to the Smokey Mountains for a couple of days.
We finished our summer with a Habegger weekend trip to Michigan. It was quick but we had so much fun with everyone. John did not leave the boat the entire time we were at the lake. And Miles had a great time paddling around with his cousins.
A few random extras. Corn teeth and a last trip to Highland with my parents. So much fun!
