We've been enjoying the beautiful fall weather we've had lately and spending as much time as we can outside. A little recap of what we've been up to the last couple of weeks...
We hit Highland for probably our last family outing of the year. Miles loves driving the golf cart. So much so that he really almost flipped John and me out! I was a little scared.
Miles has spent plenty of time playing with Archie in the leaves. His favorite thing to do is play fetch. You know, because he can throw. Arch loves this too.
We had a pirate day where the boys dressed as swashbucklers and rode around in their boat in the driveway. There was lots of "arrghhh" and "ahoy matey" hollered throughout the day.

Josh and I spent a beautiful and very fun {grown up} weekend in Nashville with Lucie and Kurt. We saw the most amazing exhibit while we were there:
Josh and I both love Dale Chihuly work. Josh has a special interest since he actually took a glass blowing class in college. It was quite amazing.
While we were away, the boys spent a busy weekend with Grandma and Grandpa in Berne. We were all pretty tired last night.
Finally, the boys had their 9 month and 3 year check-ups today. Everything looked great with both of them, and they are growing like weeds. John is 19 lbs, 10.5 oz (40%) and 30 inches tall (95%) while Miles is 35.2 lbs (80%) and 39 inches tall (90%). It's always nice to hear how well your children are doing, even when you already knew it yourself.

Oh, I love it! I laughed out loud at the picture of your pirates in their "boat!" So creative, you are! So, you'll have to fill me in on Dr. B's recommendations for PT at 3...we are STILL not there! :(
