so smiley, especially when he sees his big brother. He loves to watch Miles and get kisses and noses from him.
getting interested in Archie. For some unknown reason, that dog makes both of the little boys smile. Good thing!
a talker! He loves to "talk" to us.
a great sleeper. He's the most fun at night, which stinks since he needs to go to bed, but he's so darn cute that it's hard to make him go. He sleeps about 10 hours at night and is starting to nap a little more regularly during the day.
a great eater, as proven by his weigh-in at the doctor yesterday. He weighs 14 lb 7 oz and is 26 inches which puts him in the 50% and 85% respectively. I can't believe he's almost doubled his weight and grown 6" in 4 short months! And I love those little rolls he's developing on his thighs and arms, and the little round chubby cheeks. So cute!
developing just right on track.
a happy little boy. He sure does let us know when he's hungry, but otherwise he is very content and happy.
an absolute joy to us. We love our little boys so much!
Miles also had a good 2 1/2 year appointment yesterday. He's growing well (32.2 lbs and 37 1/4" tall), and the doctor was pleased with his progress in speech. He started wearing little orthotic braces on his feet last week to help him to walk more evenly instead of on the insides of his feet. We're already noticing a huge difference in his balance and a real spring in his step. Too bad that Archie got a hold of one on Tuesday. That's right - not even a week after we picked them up and the dog put some nice bite marks in the plastic. I had them checked today, though, and there is no structural damage done. Whew!

John is so darn cute - I want to eat him up! When you need a break you just call us and we will come get him...but can"t promise we will return him! Have a great weekend!
He is such a cutie, Sarah! We sure will miss playing with y'all at the pool this summer! Glad that Mr. Miles is doing great, as well.
