John at 2 Months

Wow - that seems weird to write. Two months old already! I can't believe how quickly the time has gone. John is doing so well. He's really become more awake and alert, smiling and cooing a lot now. And that just makes Miles that much more interested in "onn-a." He is a squirmy and wiggly little guy, batting his arms and kicking his legs. He's even rolled over from his belly to his back a few times. While the doctor didn't think that was intentional, I think it shows that he's strong and quite determined since clearly he doesn't enjoy his tummy time. :)
He had his 2 month appointment today and weighed in at 11 lbs 2.5 oz and measured 23.75" long. Good boy! And he is sleeping well, no longer getting up in the middle of the night to eat. Very good boy!
While John hasn't noticed Archie much yet, Archie has noticed John. He's not so sure what to think but checks him out a lot. And Miles just really seems to adore his baby brother more and more. When John was getting his shots today, Miles was trying to climb up on the exam table and kept giving John kisses as if to let him know that it was all going to be okay. Love this!
